What size and how much does he want for it?The Blur is a really nice bike but I'd wreck something like that in about 5 minutes on my local trails. My trail bike is 33lbs, 140mm rear and 160mm front with slack angles and through-axle wheels with 2.5" DoubleDown casing tires and I'm considering going to a full on Enduro bike next time. I'm also 200lbs kitted up and as far as I know, finesse is a shampoo.
A guy bought a high end Yeti SB-100 last year and is now trying to sell it because the only place he could ride it was on groomed gravel trails. He keeps dropping the price and can't get a look in because there's no real niche for a full-on XC bike like that here.

My Rockhopper kind of matches Nixon's chopper.
...and so much for Continental Gatorskins being puncture resistant. They didn't even make 20 miles on the first ride! A patch might have failed but I got a leak on the second ride. At least I made it home without have to change a tube.

I don't know the seller personally and it's a 2019 not a 2020 as I thought. I couldn't find it on the local fb marketplace etc any more so he may have sold it. He also states local pickup only, which limits him. $5500 CAD is ~$4400 US right now. Medium frame. Nice bike but overkill for gravel and underkill for the steep and tech under most riders.

I got a flat yesterday... rode over to a nearby park for a walk, when I got back to my bike, front wheel was flat. So I found some nice shade under a tree, changed the tube, and headed home. Turns out the leak was at the joint between the tube and the stem, which is unrepairable. Then while topping off the tire with the spare tube in it, the Presta nut broke off, and the valve core isn't removable.
So, two tubes go into the "bad tubes" box, for use as bungee straps.
Admittedly, I hate Presta valves. I understand why they exist, and they're necessary on one of my bikes because it has really skinny rims, but still,. I've never had an un-repairable failure on a Schrader valve tube. Like 1/4 inch plugs for speakers, none of the current standard valves would exist today if they didn't have historical inertia. The computer programmers call it "technical debt." Something you keep paying for because of a decision made long ago.
So, two tubes go into the "bad tubes" box, for use as bungee straps.

Was left stranded a couple weeks ago, luckily at the end of my street when I was returning home, as a spoke pulled out a chunk of the back rim as it broke free.

Been riding bmx/freestyle for about 25 years on and off. Still have two bikes I built back in 97 and 98 but have been mainly riding my 2016 Terrible One Barcode since building it in the summer of 16. Really interested in getting into the MTB craze but love the bmx stuff!

I seem to bash my knuckles while trying to disconnect air pumps from them...every single time! I just bought spacers so I can use presta tubes on the Schrader wheels that came with the Rockhopper!
Worn out rim. New wheelset has 24 spokes on back and 20 on front.
I've actually reverted back to the old fashioned threaded Schrader pump head for my Silica Pista pump that I got for $5 at St. Vinnie's. It's easy to thread on and off, gentle on the knuckles, and can be threaded onto a Presta-to-Schrader adapter. You lose a tiny bit of air on a Presta tire, but not enough to notice, since most bikes equipped with Schrader have wider tires.I hate Schrader valves!

I definitely prefer Schraders to Prestas but running tubeless pretty much necessitates Prestas so I've learned to live with them. Tubeless ready rims come with Presta-sized valve openings and if there are any Schrader tubeless valve stems available for MTB, they're few and far between. Always removable cores too. It makes it easy to inject sealant with a syringe. Also good for seating tire beads. Remove the core and hook the compressor up directly. Can blow a lot of air in thru a Presta valve with the core out.

Ah. All my pumps have the universal lever-type heads that require some force to pull off Schrader valves. A threaded connector would solve my issue with Schraders but wouldn't be as quick or convenient.
One thing is that I will only buy tubes with removable valve cores in the future.
