I've never had a Fodera owner try to run me down on stage.
When are you playing next?
I keed, I keed![]()
You need to find a new bike shop.I ride a bike. it's fun. It rides well. It looks good. It gets me where I need to go. But...
...every time I go into a bike shop I'm treated like a bum.
It's a figure of speech.
You definitely need to change shops. I do happen to own both expensive basses and bikes, but I was also treated very well by both my local bike shop and the local music stores when starting out. No one pushed me into expensive gear. I may just be lucky to have decent shops nearby (and in Seattle).Dang: you're going to the wrong shops and hanging out with the wrong people.
Bike shops here are nothing like that; music stores aren't either.
So are "grow a backbone and stop whining" but I have not used those figures of speech to describe you.
If you're OK with it, why this thread? If you're not OK with it, why this thread? Why not deal with it as many here have suggested?
Still trying to be relevant are ya? Let it go. You're really starting to sound foolish.
You should save the vitriol for the guys who are "treating you like a bum".
No vitriol. Just pointing out your silliness.
Very true!I don't think it's just bike shops or music shops; a lot of (younger) employees in shops don't understand to be customer or service oriented but have a rather snotty attitude.
