The level of accurate details they put into the drawings of the instruments (for example, the 3 point bridge and T-bird emblem on the Thunderbird, placement of the knobs on the Gretsch, the bridge/tailpiece on the Hofner, pickup cover on the Ric, etc) is pretty impressive.

Cool! I've always been curious what the Black Franklin looks like with a suit.

There's a Seafoam Green Kubicki Ex-Factor in the last episode of season 2 of Friends (the one with Barry & Mindy's wedding)

There's also a purple jazz in the episode of Archer when Cheryl is singing her country songs.

Mac on CSI: New York played bass in one episode but I can't recall what it was.

Semi-related, semi-off topic, I've noticed lately that it seems every drummer that pops up on TV is playing a C&C kit. That may not mean anything to anyone outside of Kansas City but here it's nice to see a local independant company getting so much play.

Theres a pretty sweet-looking brown P-bass that P-Diddy has in an episode of Always sunny.

Actually, can anyone identify this bass?

The hardest I've ever GASsed for a bass from the tube was found on the first-ever Sprint Framily Plan commercial from the Super Bowl in 2014. This brown P with glossy black headstock made me swoon. To be honest, I still totally want this bass.

I always try to see what bass is being "played" on live music TV shows like American Idol. I'm moderately sure it is pre-recorded and they're standing there pretending, but the bass being used is always of interest to me. 8/10 times it is a Sadowsky, 1/10 a Fender, and 1/10 something really interesting like a Fodera.
