I bought this bass used in '76 for $125.
1974 Jazz custom black color, w/OHSC. 'Has the narrow
(1 7/16" @ nut neck) 'Still have the original chrome pickup
cover & bridge ashtray.
'Changed out for the DiMarzios in '79. Also added chrome
micro switches w/pup mod for phase/series-parallel (Dual
Sound) for each pup. 'Lost the original pups!
'Changed out stock tuners for black Schallers in '79. 'Lost
the original tuners!
Changed out stock bridge in '79 for chrome BadAss II. 'Still
have the original bridge.
Removed pickguard in '77 to use as trim for BadAss II
install on '76 Ric 4001 (I KNOW!). 'No longer have the Ric.
Changed out the chrome bridge, control plate, switches, &
knobs for gold in 2003. 'Still has original pots, new cap
though.
'Added pearl Pickguard Heaven pickguard in the mid 2000s.

Still at least tied for my #1.
