Bassist that has/had best backing vocal capabilities

My intention was to hear opinions about those bassists who are predominantly known for their superb backing vocals. For example, I dig Maurice Gibb as a bassist and harmony vocalist.

Marco Hietala of Nightwish has one hell of a set of pipes. Just listen / watch to anything off the live "End of an Era" dvd specially thier cover of Pink Floyd's - "High Hopes".
