I bought a bass off a guy who saw Jaco Pastorius in a small club in New York once, he reckons he chased the whole band off the stage about half an hour in and grabbed the guitar off the guitarist. Then he done a 20 minute guitar solo and stormed off.

Jaco also died after an altercation with a bouncer so I'd say he might have been a character not to be messed with.

back 1990 something B.C (just kidding) there was a game for NES called dragon warrior and he had a sword and on the box looked just like him!

Also Geddy Lee, I heard he was a prize winning kickboxer when he was in high school!!

Geddy Lee was the Canadian National Bareknuckles Boxing Champion for several years. I think he still works out on the bag quite alot too!
