Bassists who use Effects

Jaco used a lot of FX later in his career.
Les Claypool uses a fair number of FX.
Justin Chandler of course.
Jon Stockman of Karnivool.
Pretty much every bass player in a doom\stoner\sludge band uses some sort of drive, whether it is from a pedal or an amp.
Geezer Butler uses OD, a wah, and has used some modulation in the past.
Mike Kerr of Royal Blood uses a ton of FX. The bass player from Ghastly Sound does something similar.
Troy Sanders of Mastodon uses drive and modulation occasionally.
Mike Manring
Steve Bailey

The bass player for Larry Coryell's 11th House - ( Edit ) John Lee. Loved his sound
It was John Lee on bass on that Eleventh House track, and as an aside, the latest Eleventh House disc recorded right before Coryell and Alphonse Mouzon before they passed reunites Lee and Mouzon.

John Lee doesn't get enough love imho. I got turned onto him back in the late 70s (early 80s?) when I discovered he was one of the few jazz/fusion players who played 8-string bass.
