BATTLE OF THE CHEAPOS'!!!

I bought this sweet Ibanez SRX 505 a couple years for $250 and im loving it. I play a range of Death metal/rock/jazz/country and it is always fitting in just perfect. The neck is thin and fast, but not too thin (i got giant hands). I can really tear it up on this thing.

Plus other then new strings(of course) i have never had to do anything to it. It is roughly 8 years old and plays like new. Very reliable.

It also looks super sexy with the gray finish over the flamed maple. ;)

I'm not going to tell anybody what to buy, but I'm going to tell you what I shouldn't buy and why. The Warwick I played a while ago and I didn't like the sound at all: sharp, missing the fundamental boom. :scowl: The Dean Edge I played in fretted version and I didn't like the quality at all: cracky controls and a cheap feeling. :rollno: The Squier and the Ibanez are more a matter of taste. The neck of the Ibanez is narrower than that of the Squier.
