Baxandall 3 band EQ

Greetings!

I am currently working on this EQ circuit for a bass guitar Preamp.
At the bottom of the image it states that the power supply pins are to be decoupled with a 10uf and a .1uf caps.

I'm confused as to what cap goes to what power supply pin ( negative or positive)
Is the 10uf for the positive side and the .1uf is for the negative?

Any insight would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Could you possibly tell me the orientation of the electrolytic?
Polarized electrolytic capacitors will have a terminal marked with either negative signs (or a black stripe) or positive/plus signs.

If your caps have negative signs or black stipe:
For the positive rail, the negatives side goes to ground. For the negative rail, the negative side goes to the negative rail.

If your caps have positive signs:
For the positive rail, the positive sign goes to the positive rail. For the negative rail, the positive sign goes to ground.

Thank you! I appreciate it.
