If you ask me, the ONLY Bc Rich that looks good with the Widow headstock.... IS THE WIDOW! :scowl:
I'm not "BC RICH SUCKS", and i'm not bashing them.
I just think that Warlocks look good with 4 In line pointys, and ironbirds look good with Ironbird headstocks....
(P.S. I actually do Own a 06' Bc Rich WMD and i'm not judging the brand on looks alone.... I like BC Rich!)

BTW,that 6 string Bich bass had a Beast headstock and I've also seen a 6 string Widow bass
In the mid-90's, when I lived in Pittsburgh I saw a neck-through USA Ironbird bass that allegedly belonged to someone from W.A.S.P. at Johnny B Goods for $550. It was red with black bevels and had a Kahler trem on it... boy am I dumb for not buying that thing!!!
Yeah, I bet he does... but he had it covered in stickers, because the finish was quite chipped...
I've never heard of Anybody in W.A.S.P. using a red ironbird...

It was in pretty good shape... the guy at the store downplayed the W.A.S.P. angle, so I do not think they made it up. In either case, it was a good deal on the thing!

Some of u may remember I was on these forums awhile back asking about this bass but I didn't have any pics. Well, now that I do, maybe u lot can tell me a little more about it. All I know is that it's old and I've never seen one quite the same. What you can't tell from the photos is that on the body there's like a watermark and if you hold it up to the light at the right angle you can just see a BC Rich signature. Sorry the pic is so enormous...

Nah, stickers are fun, and they come off if you change your mind! I had a "Mr. Roper" on my Mock for a while.

Thanks! It is a '83 NJ neck-through. It sounds great.... the red has a slight purple pearly-hue to it in the light, but it is tough to see from further than three feet away.
I have to say Mockingbirds are second only to Waves.... I love those things!
