Behringer BX2000H with Peavey Headliner 410

Is the Behringer BX2000H with Peavey Headliner 410 cabinet better sounding than the Ampeg BA210v2 combo? The cost is similar.

My Behringer BX4500H has been rock solid for years. Powerful with similar features as the BX2000H. Reviews say the new one is louder and also quite reliable. The Behringer name carries some weight these days, especially with that top-of-line mixer they sell. It's in all the big rock clubs around me.

I've never had a problem with the company. I play a Veyron Bugera head with 0 problems. I've also got a 112 Ultrabass combo that is still going strong 13 years later. I use it at my church every Sunday actually. But, the watt rating is 1/4th of what it says. Literally 1/4. So, 2000w peak is 500RMS. That from the company itself. But, if you love it, play it. They aren't actually as "cheap" as people think. Really, they're more expensive than Peavey when comparing power and features. But, Peavey is far superior in almost every aspect. If I were you, I'd get the Headliner and a Mini Max. Dope combo. 500w, with good features, cheap, and it'll last you forever.

I figured it was a peak rating but 500w is plenty under any situation with decent cabs. I had the 10" BX300 combo and that thing was great also. Really loud and full for a 30w combo. I blew up two Fender 30W combos and GC gave me a store credit so I bought the superior Behringer. Sold it to my cousin. I have a little Peavey MAX combo also but that thing has had problems almost since I bought it. The new Headliner series looks great, let's hope the worked out the bugs.
