Benavente 7 string fretless custom build pics!

Man those are sweet! I've been playing my 7 string A LOT!!
On a side note I have been wanting to do a review/comparison of my Benavente and Fodera. Review both instruments separately then comment why I own both and how they compare quality wise from an ex-luthiers and players perspective. Now that the honeymoon period is over for both instruments hopefully I'll have some time at the end of the month to write it up.
Can't wait to see these basses in your hands!

To me I think its like comparing wines. some people upon knowing its expensive go "its amazing!" whereas playing the two sideby side and not know the price difference would probably just go "these are both great!" hehe...

I wanted to focus on some of the building aspects from a builders prospective and how the two instruments are flat out amazing from a players point of view. Both instrument got the same "rating" imo, different approach, feel, sound but build quality were the same. Anyway I have a lot of stuff to talk about comparing the two and think it will be fun and informative for people wanting to venture into this quality of instruments.

The 7s look great- I'm glad to see Chris is still getting the attention he deserves. His instruments are fantastic.

ugh... my hands are going to hate me for how long I'm going to jam on these basses hen I get them
yeah it truly got all the depth I was hoping for. it would probably get more if went high gloss but I just don't like high gloss
