Double Bass Bergantino Powered Cabs

I just posted a thread over on the bass guitar Amps forum regarding a new line of powered cabs from Jim Bergantino which incorporate a DSP front end to bring the cabs very close to "flat" in their frequency response.

The future of bass amplification...

One of the models offered will be the IP112, which is an HT112 with the internal amp (500w into the 8 ohm load of the HT112, and 1,000w into the 4 ohm load if you also drive an EX112). I think that this is an exciting product line, and it may be pretty cool for both electric bass and upright players.
