For me, the bluetooth in the guy's ear makes the whole set of pictures. I can see we're dealing with a remarkable young man here, one who greets you with a firm handshake and says, "Hello world, I am here."
Is he trying to sell us the amp or himself? As corny as it may be, the pictures are professional and will not hurt his sale in any way.
sure they will. he should try some pictures of the amp itself some closeups maybe not the glamor shots that he has posted.

...seriously, this is kinda vain putting pics of YOURSELF with your amp on eBay. I could see it if he was like Marcus Miller, Flea, Les Claypool, *insert other famous bassist here* and trying to play off the value that it was "his amp" but I think I want to buy the amp less, now lol

I guess you're right. Those of us who don't know what an AG500 is could use more close-ups. No doubt that guy is luvin' himself!

No, you're wrong...they ARE the best amp pics ever! I get a feeling of confidence and inspiration from this young gentleman. His glasses project an aura of knowledge mixed with a certain vulnerability that I find charming. The bluetooth signifies that he is a mover and a shaker. He is presenting the amp to us all as a gift. The winner of this auction wins more than just an amp...the winner will also receive a little piece of his soul to carry around along with the amp, and it will inspire the winner to new heights.
