Best Bass Player you've ever seen Live

Seeing Victor Wooten in '93 when I was 12 and just before "3 Flew Over..." came out changed my life...

Manring was pretty eye popping as well.

For dancing all night long though, Jonathon Maron of Groove Collective is hard to beat in my book. He is sooo underrated. He played an old Yamaha BB most of the night and grooved my brains out.

On the flipside I saw Stanley Clark recently and was very dissappointed. His "weedily weedily weedily" solos were unbearably repetitive, and on that picolo "bass" he sounded like a weak Jerry Garcia knock-off.

i saw the flecktones play and maybe 4-5 months later saw les claypool on his tour of his new CD. Both great shows. Got Victors and Les's Autograph. :D

Can't wait for Tool to come down to florida ( sometime next year :( ) but Justin..Hes one of my main influneces right now on bass.
