Best Chorus Pedal for Bass?

Thanks everyone for all the great suggestions.
I've come down to these pedals:

MXR Micro Chorus
EHX Neo Clone
Mooer Ensemble King
T-Rex Sweeper 2

Which one ^ would you recommend??
I haven't heard them yet but I'll look on YouTube.

Pedals left out:

MXR Zakk Wylde Chorus
Tech 21 Boost (large, too many knobs, and too much money)
TC Electronic Corona (tried it, too subtle for me... Unless there's a nice TonePrint you can suggest? It's also a little pricey for me)

Interesting, considering the T-rex is close to the same size as the Tech 21 and cost more money...

I'd guess the Mooer pedal would be the way to go since it's 1) cheap 2)it only has one knob & 3)it's cheap

If you want chorus W/O the modulation, you've got the Tech 21 BBC and the Iron Ether Polytope. Outside of those two, you can find some great chorus pedals, many of which have been mentioned, but they will have the wavy modulation that you said you didn't want. I didn't want the warble, so I went with the Tech 21 BBC.

I know other people have said it already but I'll say it again. I own an EHX small clone and have been using it with my bass for 5 or 6 years and it has yet to let me down. Awesome chorus, doesn't lose any low end and you will most definitely be heard.

I tried Small Clone and Boss CH-1 on bass and prefer the Boss CE-5.

Personal thing though.

I like the CE-5 because it has separate bass and treble controls so I usually just put a little on the higher notes.

I own an old EHX Clone Theory, the one with the SAD1024 BBD chip. It's very lush and watery. To my ears maybe the best chorus.

I've tried
EHX Stereo a Clone: too cold, kind of metallic, lacking of width, space
DLS Ultra Chorus II: very warm and lush, maybe a bit too bright

Recently added the Tech21's Bass Boost Chorus on the board. We are still getting acquainted, but first handshake felt good. Up until I come up with a definitive opinion on it, MXR's Stereo Chorus was the best one I've had yet.

I'm using a home built Small Clone with depth knob instead of switch. It's really warm and watery, and I like it much more then the CE-5 I had. CE-5 is more metallic, so it's really comes down to preference.

I tend to switch between the MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe and the SA Orbital Modulator. The MXR has a more subtle chorus (to my ear) and I find it fits well in the mix. I actually traded my T-Rex Sweeper 2 for the MXR

I hate chorus, so maybe should stay out of it, but I quite like the old Boss Dimension C circuit. Had an original and one of the first run Fromel Lush (Seraph). Recently got a later Seraph and I love it, in stereo, with fretless.

A heads up on the Small Clone....
I have Analogman Clone AND Stone.
Both of them have intermittently failing switches (sound MUTES when engaged).

They sound great when they work.
The size on a Board can be problematic.
I just use them in Studio. Someday I might fix them.

Need to try out the MXR...the separate Treble and Bass controls look inviting.

Tried corona, but it just wasn't for me. Bought danelectro cool cat chorus a few weeks ago, fits much better for me and costs 1/4 of corona. I use it pretty much for everything, all the way from totally insane tones to just some little ''fattening'' of sound. Really nice one for slap also.

My first chorus was a EHX Nano clone. It was a mistake. I've tried BOSS bass chorus, EHX Clone Theory. Nowadays I use Small Clone. It's the number one effect for me.

The Polytope is truly excellent. Use it on my main board. I also really like the MXR Analog Chorus, the light blue 5-knob one, but have never used it live, just demoed it in the store, but it is very pleasing. I also gig with both the detune and "standard" chorus in my Zoom MS-60B, and both are passable but neither is as good as the dedicated units I mentioned.

I bought a TC Corona based off this thread and love it.

Digital Chorus gives me the creeps in general.
BUT I just got the TC Flashback X4 to use on Guitar.
It sounds really good and dead quiet...NOT a 'Tone Sucker" either.

Have you gotten to A/B the Corona with Analog pedals?

No problems. I've used it on many gigs. It survived everything (falling, throwing).
