Best Drumming Machine?

I'm looking for a drumming machine - not just to practice with, but to perform with. Genres I'd likely play would typically be hip-hop, funk, and rock.

I'd like the drums to sound close to a real kit. The drum loops to be programmed by tapping. I'd also like the ability to, as the loop is playing, tap a button to take away the hi-hats, kick drum, or snare, or the rest, temporarily, and bring it back by tapping the button again. Also, I'd like it if I could store the loops in different areas, to quickly change to another loop of the same genre, while keeping the tempo the same.

Also, a MIDI option, or something else to sync it with a looping pedal would be great.

I believe The Beat Buddy has a lot of these options, but I'm not sure if it has all of them.

Look at the Arturia SparkLE, I just ordered one. It does it all but requires also a laptop.

Just registered to tell you about the Native Instruments Maschine. Has real sampled drum kits, analog kits, weird kits, everything you'll ever need. I use the midi out to sync to my infinity looper. The mikro only runs about 350 and its totally worth it, but has no midi port, so you'll need another device with an out or the big Maschine has Midi in/out ports. Mikro does midi over usb.

I also use some soft synths on there, piano sounds, but that's another story.
