Amazing energy. Neil Peart's return and the band's return. A very emotional performance. Insane crowd and the best bass tone recorded ever. The DVD version is also great.
Gorillaz - Demon days Live at the Manchester Opera House.
Insane live performance. They somehow managed to bring almost all the guests from the record for that show. This included rappers, a string ensemble, 2 choirs, international musicians from 4 different continents. The main band is presented very intelligently so that they do not reveal their secret "identities".
Coheed and Cambria - Neverender
A band presenting its entire discography over the course of 4 nights! Great performances all around. The guest appearances are also a great touch, especialy Warren Haynes on the encore on night 4 is a very big highlight. In general night 4 is definetely the most dramatic one. It features the biggest formation of the band (2 guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, 2 backing singers and percussion) Wes Styles is amazing on keyboard by the way.

At the time this was the most amazing audiovisual spectacle from one of the forefathers of electronic music.

Australia's finest band demonstrating great performances and energy on stages from all over the world. Amazing musicianship playing a very ecclectic mix of jazz, funk, soul, latin, ska and world music. Bassist Ryan Monro is jumping back and forth from electric and upright. Insane interplay between the members and some really fun improvisations that display how great and fearless this band is live.
Cream - Farewell concert 1968
Such a bombastic performance! Everybody was literally on fire. A very well suited farewell concert but also quite bittersweet. I never understood why they broke up.
