I recently posted a thread on what the best sounding bass ever heard was, in your opinion. This time I'd like to do something a little more stupid, and ask what the best looking bass guitar ever was. Again, you don't have to own it or have seen it in person. Don't worry about price or anything.

By looks alone, the humble Platinum Mockingbird.

Basic black, a great looking modern, yet not ridiculously "metal," shape.
The humble 2x2 headstock.
Just enough knobs to do what needs to be done, not a proliferation of electronics that looks like a space shuttle dashboard.

And yes, I am being serious. Remember, we said looks only.
