Best looking jazz bass?

Best looking Jazz?

Do you have a closer detail shot of how that angled bridge sits on the body.
The view you've shown, while stunning, makes it appears as if the top corner of the bridge hangs over the tail of the guitar.

It's just an optical illusion.

Dingwall's gallery is here:

There are better pics that show that the bridges doesn't overhang the body.
The close up of the black and tort bass in the upper right corner show it best.

This is a marco bass guitar 5 string passive J-Bass. Gold Sparkle finish with a Poplar body, Maple fingerboard with Maple glossed neck. Very smooth and has Marco's amazing pick-ups. No inlays for me, but does have glow-in-the dark luminlay dots up the neck.

This one's a looker. Sounds pretty good too. Have a listen.

A Bass of Doom without the splinters, if ya don't mind. I landed one of these a while ago. '62 from head to toe. I'm no expert but it seems the only glaring differences are the paint and the lack of screw holes. And the damage.

Here's another one to give you a better angle,

Such an amazing tone on that. Love your playing too. Fat jazz blues walking.

Marco Basses are fantastic, I had him build me one after playing 8 of his Basses at NAMM and loving every single one. This Bass went from bieng one of many to my main axe for almost 2 yrs now, ive put it up against every boutique Fender style Bass you can think off and it always wins.

Marco's hand wound passive pick ups sound amazing, that passive Bark with enough high end and low boom to make you forget about active EQ's... My Marco is a P/J but the body and neck are Jazz style, he made the neck Thick per my request but it still had a Jazz profile to it, the entire bass is finished in Satin matte clear. The Bass weighs about 8lbs, the body is 3 piece, Ash core and cedar wings.

Thanks for the compliment but I'm afraid that's not me. The guy's name is ‪‪arnaud morin‬‬. I apologize for not making that clear. He does play beautifully. There's a great cross-section of Jaco's genius in there.

I love this clip especially because; the bass looks classic, it sounds classic, and it gives me something to aim at with my own playing. Jaco's legacy is mind-numbing.
