BEST-LOOKING P BASS I've Ever Seen

I think it's cool. Definitely a "rock" bass, not a classy bass or a wedding bass. Black basses aren't for everybody but I like them. My Peavey Scorpio sig bass looks like it and it's always the cool rockin chicks that say, "nice bass". The pretty boy loving fancy girls, who cares what they think!

I liked it. Especially the gold anodized pickguard. But for me, I'd prefer a maple neck and possibly a black pickguard so it looked like Roger's bass. Not the sig model, but this one:

But still, that's a great looking bass and don't let any of these yokels tell you different.

You know what? Each and every poster here is entitled to an opinion, and maybe I'll have a different bass that I'm waaay impressed with tomorrow - that's one reason I'm glad I never got any tattoos. I do like this a lot as one of the more interesting variations from 'stock' while still being rather restrained.

I think that like me most P bass lovers are fans of 'classic' look. Me, I love looking at work by Creston and his lovely green shades for example, but I always opt for vintage/oly white and tort/black when the rubber hits the road. And my #1 dream is finding a '66 slab, white/maple/black. But once and a while something really pops, and lo and behold I'm not ashamed of making a declaration of LUST. And I'll probably do it again sometime. Folks can feel free to pass if all that clicking and looking is a horrendous time suck and offense because the 'best looking' bass is - horrors! - not the best bass they had in their own head.
