BEST METAL BASS

Of course, I ment that in the best posible way.;)

Of course :D

I always feel like I should be less comfortable with Explorers, but I'm not. I just always struggle keeping the neck on Strat-shaped basses from diving and keeping the body at a playable angle. Maybe I'm missing something, but they aren't comfortable. Wish I didn't have as much trouble with them but whatever. I like my basses to be big and bouncy so I prefer Exploders!!

All I play is metal. And this is what I use most of the time

But other times I'll pull out my Foundation, or maybe my Curbow

That bass is monstrous and sexy at the same time.

I can't take my eyes of it.

What is that bass called?

My sentiments exactly, C'thulhu... :bassist:

It's called a Gibson RD bass. It was intended to be a John Entwistle signature, but that kinda fell through (he was past the Fenderbirds at that point--more interested in explorers and buzzards). I believe ibson collaborated with Moog to make a really wacky, incredible, and diverse system pf electronics especially for that series, which is a good deal of what makes them so valuable. Not to mention the sexy looks :p
