On a more subtle note (i.e. less dick-jokes, but not really completely subtle), I always liked "The Unpleasant Surprise", which is really a great name for a fuzz.

Apart from that, it comes with some of the most ingenious marketing-copy ever written:

"Reminisce about the time you got your shoulder caught in the reciprocating saw while this unit destroys your slick jazz lines.

The fruit of an oddball circuit, hanging there awkwardly by some parasitic effect. Tweaked, bended and shoe-horned to optimize it's stench, it's unpleasance. Time has come to turn all dynamics to s##t. Strangely, it feels very natural."

I think the TAFM is probably my favorite pure name. I'm not really into the infantile names.

I love Darkglass as a company name, to me it connotes both elegance and brutality, which I think is perfect.

Someone mentioned the VFE Rainbows, Unicorns, Puppies, which is good, as are VFE names in general.

Iron Ether names are pretty good too.
