It's hard to pick the best, but I picked Moondance (tempted by Claire de la Lune). Good list of best songs 'tho.

I'd have to add, for your listening enjoyment, "Why Look at the Moon" by Victoria Williams. It was the first song came to mind.

Second was "Moonlight Mile" off of Sticky Fingers. An immersive song, kind of like the Beethoven.

I have to say that (especially for a bass forum) I'm astonished that 'Reflection' by Tool has not received more love and attention, let alone made it as a finalist on the voting board.

Justin Chancellor's ominous (if repetitive) bass line practically drives this song.
