Daniel Earwicker.

The style is Indie (not one that gets a lot of love on TB) but this guy is a seriously talented songwriter. He also does a bunch of covers that are better than the originals. Finally, he plays all the instruments himself.

I like his bass playing because it is inevitably in the context of a well-played, well-composed song.

I'm partial to Gianni of Walk Off the Earth. He plays every instrument under the sun...(only a few showcased here)

And Walk Off the Earth is technically a signed band now, but they got their beginnings on Youtube.

Looks to me like it's a lefty bass strung up-side-down. Just like Dick Dale who learned to play on a right handed guitar but lefty so there-fore, up-side-down.
