Hey hey TB. If anyone is interested in helping test a new facebook platform app, i just opened a public beta with limited features.
The app is designed around managing your friend lists, events and groups. I use FB a lot for gig stuff, event promo, and really do not like the UI and the tedious clicking over and over again to get things done.
Currently the app is limited to managing just your friends lists, both facebook generated and custom. Events and invites are expected to start testing in a month or so. The reason for a limited beta is to determine needs and facebook compatibility.
The app is in bare framework mode now, it is located at facebookfriendmanager.com. Would love to hear some feedback from the musician community. There are also planned features in development for filters for list members based on gender, relationship status, and location. I mean, you really want to invite all the single, female women in your area to your gigs right?
