I rarely get buzzed at any of the shows I do since I'm driving and performing. I'll have a beer when I arrive if I crave one but never hard liquor. I've been drinking either water, flavored seltzer water with zero sugar and assorted caffeinated drinks.

There's a brand that I've been buying these days called Hoplark. www.Hoplark.com

They make assorted teas and waters but they process them as if they were brewing a hop flavored beer. All of their beverages are sparkling or carbonated and all natural. Interesting flavors and great concept. If you like your hoppy beers these drinks are so good minus the alcohol. I order online but they sell some flavors at Whole Foods.

Actually, on my recent trip stateside, I did buy a couple of these in Whole Foods. I can't remember what flavours, but they were rather tasty.

Diet tonic water.
After the gig just add a lil' gin and you're good to go.

I have tried a few flavors and they have been very nicely balanced and not overly hoppy..

Just water for me.

At home I squirt lemon juice in it...

other than that, lots of coffee.

I'm afraid I'm one of those musicians with a bad Coke habit. Funny, I've watched SCARFACE a lot, and I NEVER saw Tony with one of these . . . .

And when I drink beer, I drink and drive, always. Cop pulled me over, what the hell, HE wanted one . . . .
