Big Head?

I tried to bond with an Epiphone 60’s T-Bird a few years back. Neck dive drove me nuts. I got so many comments on how large the headstock was. It’s like comically big. Great for smacking bandmates on stage when they get out of line.
 
Does that headstock look out of proportion to youz guyz?
Thunderbirds are known for their flight patterns. They dive towards the ground like no other. Why must they dive the way they do? The answer, of course, is their overly large heads and long necks.

David Attenborough needs to narrate a Planet Earth episode on National Geographic about the Thunderbird and its cousin the Firebird. Just so he can make the world more aware of these majestic creatures.
