Biggest jerks in music

Well.. Kirk dumped him and his spandex is way too tight *smiles*.... lars is just special... and ill leave it there.....
Scott stapp seems like a major prick.. so does fred durst... I met the lead singer from the dead milkmen... the first time he seemed sorta like a jerk but i ran across him again a while back .. and he was super nice... my brother got me into em when i was real little and i went to a couple concerts =D... they do own though =D
oh well.. let the idiots be idiots.. till they figure out how there acting.. as long as there not affecting me (I got kazaa).. then i dont have a problem with em. =D

hmm...besides all the obvious and already mentioned ones...

i'd say robin black...he just completely rubs me the wrong way...he spent a whole hour on tv looking at eyeshadows and saying which bands they were for...

also i'd say sebastian bach (from skid row i think)...he completely freaked out on an interviewer just because the interviewer said bach's music was in the same genre as poison....

ah well there are people like that everywhere all you can do is  and go on

Pshaw. Those guys are rank amateurs, POSEURS, compared to the A-Number 1 jerk musician of all time - the late, great jazz drummer, Buddy Rich. If he were alive, Buddy would eat Fred Durst for lunch. His exploits are legendary. Check this out classic:

Buddy, in all his glory, recorded clandestinely by his band members on tour. Make sure you go through all four acts, and listen to the .ra files while following along for the full effect. I should warn our younger members (and any other sensible human being) that the language is a bit salty. Enjoy. :)

My orchestra teacher met him and she said he was a real jerk, that he acted like he was "God's gift to music"

Courtney Love needs another mention, oh how I hate her!

Depending on your definition of "jerk", I would say Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Maria Carey and the rest of the diva crew. Some people call it "empowerment" or whatever, I still hate all the self-indulgent crapola some of these women put other people through. Guy performers too, like Van Halen...why would anyone make sure their contract stated that no brown M&M's would be served in the dress room?

the famous van halen brothers! theyve had two of the most famous singers in rock history, and they still think its all about them! if sammy hadn`t come along where would they be now? you now that album they put out with the guy from extreme?it didnt sell or do anything. van halen is nothing without a great singer. eddies riffs are stale as hell.

Ok, I've got to be fair here...I met Scott Stapp the day thier first single was played for the first time on thier local radio station in Tallahassee. All the band came into a guitar show there, and I do have to say they were REALLY nice guys. Of course, this was thier first day on the radio, so things have probably changed.
Now, I would have to put this guy towards the top of my list of Music Jerks, along with the usuals, Lars, Durst (and his Puddle of Mudd clone guy), Travis Meeks, Axl, anyone from the Goo Goo Dolls, and top of the list: John Fogerty. Why hasn't be been mentioned yet! C'mon! :D

While Having nothing to do with music, Ben Affleck is a total prick. I live in hawaii and happened to be at the Premire of Pearl Harbor on the Carrier. I watched him blow off several people that tried to ask for an autograph or a hand shake and he blew me off as well....sorry..not music related but famous people nowadays...
