I just read on Facebook that Bill Bartolini has passed on. Huge loss if true!

Very sad if true, his name will be remembered as one of the greats of pickup design. His pickups are industry standard for a reason and he set a very high bar!

My Candy Apple Red P Bass has had a Bartolini in it for about 10 years now. (Ever since I got bought it.) It goes nicely with La Bella Deep Talkin’ Flats.

Got my first taste of Bartolini's on a Pedulla that I loved. Before that I was a DiMarzio guy. Liked the pickups so much that they are what I just put in my newest custom. RIP to a true legend.

RIP he was the bomb, I love my Kawai F2B with Bartolini MM sized humbuckers in it, he made some bitchin’ pickups. Bartolini’s are an absolute staple in the pickup game. Haven’t met one I didn’t like.
