BJFE Blueberry, Comparisons?

Check out Invalid Link Removed. They still offer the blueberry for sale. I have e-mailed Bjorn in the last year and he says he is still doing them.

In another recent thread, I posted this link. Apparently, you order one and the order is passed on. They work out to be about $400 I think.

They won't let me add it to the basket so I wonder. I am going to e-mail them and Bjorn himself and find out once and for all. Stay tuned....

I think I posted this in the other thread talking about it recently, but my understanding is they are still made, but that Bjorn does them in smaller and less regular batches than the other stuff. Harri at custom sounds ought to have an answer for you, but when I ordered mine from them there was about a 6-8 week wait time. (it arrived about last august, and they didn't really sound like there were plans to discontinue it when I asked). When I ordered, it was email to order, so I don't htink that not being able to add to the cart is a bad sign.

But Harri's been really helpful with all the email's I've sent, and anything I've ordered from him got to me in like 6 business days.

Unfortunately there's nothing quite like it on the market.
Agreed. Such another pedal may exist, but I know not what it is.

The only thing a Blue Berry compares to is a raging tube amp. I've done the comparison multiple times. The Blue Berry even sags like a big ol' pair o' power tubes gettin' nasty. Ridiculous.

I'm not talking about preamp tube distortion, I speak of power amp tubes, the real cheese. Preamp tube distortion is for pikers.
