.. one guy approached me and said "you got some big balls runnin around in the pitch dark like that, do you want a baseball bat?" i then stepped into the light cast by his flashlight and presented my fists...i then asked "what do you think princess?" he stood there in awe and i could see the goosebumps rise on his thighs.

Not that I've ever read any...and not to be judgemental in any way....but the part I've quoted above sounds like it belongs in some kind of Gay Porno Novel!!

You're the last person I would have suspected to make such a statement. I was #2

Why's that - I live in the "San Francisco" of Great Britain - we have the largest Gay community and one of the biggest Pride Festivals in Europe!

Having said that, I do feel a bit guilty, as I feel I may have slurred our Gay friends by linking them with such poor writing style - none of those I know, would be so sloppy!! ;)

there was a blackout in my neighborhood this past friday night, and i tell you this, when the lights went out, i went on!

the first thing i did was go into my basement and turn on the gas power generator, i then turned on the radio to see if wed been attacked?

after that, i got 7 gallons of spring water from my storage supply, put them on a pole, and hit the streets. i first went to all of the geezers houses to make sure they all had food and water and were ok, i then went to all the rest of the houses on the block, i was greeted with a smile by most, and a "thank you", by all.

by nightfall i had made "security sweeps" through everyones yards, one guy approached me and said "you got some big balls runnin around in the pitch dark like that, do you want a baseball bat?" i then stepped into the light cast by his flashlight and presented my fists...i then asked "what do you think princess?" he stood there in awe and i could see the goosebumps rise on his thighs.

the lights finally came back on and all was well thanks to my response. ive already received nearly 20 letters from people on my block saying "thanks for being there when we needed you". incredible.
Wow, man, you'd be an every day hero living around here. Power shortages occur almost every week.

There was one last night actually, I was fearing that my small redneck town was being attacked by some crazyass terrorists.

Power goes out and your first thought is, "Ahh! Terrorist!"

The 2nd thing you do is get all of the emergency terror attack equipment you have in your house out and then you dash madly around the neighborhood at night trying to protect people.

...Are you a meth addict?

You tell 'em, sono!
