Long time great blues bassist Noel Neal has died, he had a amazing body of work that should be studied by any bassist checking out the blues scene.

Yeah, I remember him being almost a kid when joined Cotton, I have a lot of other blues albums graced with his great playing too.

Saw him a few times with Larry McCray. Noel was a monster bassist and always looked like he was having a great time.
