the mkII used OC81D's though didn't it?
but there a bit harder to come by from what ive herd so he may have used the 75's in there place.
the marshall supa fuzz used oc75's instead of oc81D's but it only had two knobs
So im gonna say its a modified version of either the Marshall Supa Fuzz or ColorSound Tonebender II.....or a standard Vox Tonebender II. Because although OC81D's are hard to come by and expensive they dont really sound any better then OC75's. I can't really explain the OC44's (CV7003) in that pic though
as thats traditionally used for treble boosting, they were used in the fuzzface and Dallas rangemaster..... but yeah, marshall or tonebender II modified is my vote

My guess: The Park Fuzz Sound 3-Knob? (not based anything just a "tonebender" google search and I don't recall someone mention this clone/mod)?
Or Vox Tone Bender Mark III with Treble 'n' Bass Boost (with different knob configuration)?
