..and now i just read she's a huge sessionbassist! i'd never heard of her before..
Justin, you may even know her because she's from LA.
ever encountered this lady bassplayer? she even played on hikky burr, which also is a great boogaloo workout!
she has played on an incredible quantity of legendary records as a session bassist, i just read on wikipedia

Carol Kaye not just an inspiration but an influence of mine. Had the pleasure of meeting her a few years back. Apparently she teaches bass, too.
