    it's mostly improv but i believe it is part of a performance of "I'd Rather Be with You"

    Bootsy's slow stuff is incredible. Side 2 of "Ahh... the Name is Bootsy, Baby" is certifiably the funkiest makeout music of all time! :bassist:

    One reason I like Bootsy is he seems not to care what some people say about "the tasteful use of effects" - he just goes for it.

    i love that clip. i love bootsy and his playing, his vibe, his persona, his creativity and use of sonic space (effects).

    the FX used sound like multiple mutron iii's, big muff, and some roland space echo.

    Yep. The solo on the album track is jaw dropping as well (although I think my favorite studio Bootsy solo of all time is the one in "Munchies For Your Love").
