Looks like Boss' version of the Helix and/or Headrush?
It would be cool if they included some bass specific items!
Thank you for posting!

Size & weight data are available already on Boss website. It's not as big and heavy as GT-100 and the Helix, about 75%. It's kinda par with AX8 and definitely is still larger than GT-1.I'm keeping my eye on this one. There's some speculation as to whether 3rd party cabinet IRs (.wav) can be loaded into this new Boss unit. Some at NAMM are claiming that it CAN. I'm waiting for a more solid confirmation and the owner's manual before I start frothing at the mouth. Also, size/weight and bass offerings are of supreme importance to me, so Boss had better be coming up with something that really differentiates it from the Helix/Helix LT and Fractal AX8 for me to give it a serious thought.
If it lets you use one of the fx returns as an extra input, with parallel signal paths, like the Helix can do, they may be onto a winner.
Edit: Although I note on GAK (uk store) the Helix LT is almost £200 cheaper. Boss needs this device to be incredible to justify the cost.
almost a week the page is up, still no downloadable pdf which we could learn whether GT-1000 is also good for bass.
