BOSS GT-6B

To anyone that can help.I have spent a good amount of time dialing in and tweaking a user patch.I wrote and saved the patch and banked it.
I like the tone I saved, however it completely changes when I engage the (bass wah) setting. It gets very thin and brashy-the low end frequencies are cancelled out.The EQ prior to this is set with the low frequencies saved. But when the wah gets clicked on the tone just completely loses the lows.Is there any way to save the tone and mix it in with the Bass Wah setting without the wah changing the tone? I tried the other wah settings-but it just doesn't have the "wah" sounding effect as much as the Bass wah setting does that I can control. The BOSS GT-10 does not have this issue...the tone and low-end never get lost.Any advice on the GT6B ?

Hey K-Frog yes I have-I tried it with/without-or before or after the pedal is engaged. On the GT-10 it doesn't do this. Also,-on all of the wah settings in general I wished there was a way to have an isolated EQ section specifically for the wah'type settings other than Lpf/Bpf/hpf
