Botched Order is FIXED thanks to TB!!!!

Recently, I received a PM from a concerned TBer who informed me that he took it upon himself to contact MF regarding my rant...he even forwarded them a link...

Needless to say, I checked my phone's bank app and the $2600 overcharge had "MAGICALLY" disappeared!!!!

I am so appreciative and thankful for his efforts and for the support of the TB community...I'll be a lifelong member!!!

Well, I'm happy to report that I've been contacted by Musician's Friend in an attempt to make things right.

I am also happy to report that they accepted MY offer as well as extended a in house credit to reconcile and keep me as a satisfied customer.

I am happy with their efforts to resolve this experience and I'd like to once again thank TB for supporting and assisting me with this...

I've spent, literally, thousands of dollars there, and found their desire to make the customer happy, second to none.
I've been buying there for over 5 years, and I can say the customer service has actually improved over time.
I've really never been disappointed and they always price match and beat any pricing, and the shipping is very fast.
They're not perfect, but I can say they make a good effort.
