Well it's pending. Closing will be sometime next month. It's 115 feet x 140 feet and is surrounded by trees on two sides. It's in a nice small development that is right between two large developments. We will start building somewhere between a year and 18 months from closing.

    What we plan to build:

That's one of the best pieces of bass gear ever...you bought the location for a practice room. :)

Yes, I think that the bassment (pun intended) will serve nicely for some jamming!

Progress pix will definitely be posted as they, well, progress. :smug:

    Way to go Joe!!!!!

Let me know when it gets close to drywall, and I can give you a list of things to watch for to make sure the contractor is doing a good job. I was a drywall hanger/finisher for 16 years.

    Congrates mate.
    Look like a cool place.
The area should be very inspiring for writing music.

    Good luck. :)

    Nice purchase.

So does this mean once the house is up there's going to be a TB "house warming"? ;)
