Bought a lot...

Well it's pending. Closing will be sometime next month. It's 115 feet x 140 feet and is surrounded by trees on two sides. It's in a nice small development that is right between two large developments. We will start building somewhere between a year and 18 months from closing.

Let me know when it gets close to drywall, and I can give you a list of things to watch for to make sure the contractor is doing a good job. I was a drywall hanger/finisher for 16 years.
