Here's my take on the last two episodes:
Walt still wants Jesse dead and cannot forgive him for initiating the sequence of events that led to Hank being executed, his family being torn apart, and the meth gang stealing all his money. So now he's out for revenge against Todd and the gang as well as Jesse.
Todd tells him that the gang has Jesse cooking for them so he sets up a meeting with the intent to supervise Jesse so they can continue selling to Lydia's connection in Europe. After meeting with the gang, who still hasn't hidden the barrels of money, he goes back out to the Caddy to leave. They all follow him. He tells them he has a peace offering for them and opens the trunk, breaks out the M60 and hoses them all. Then he frees Jesse and they hop in the car and drive off into the desert. After a short drive he comes upon another car, waiting in the desert, which has been driven there by Lydia. Walt stops the car, they get out and they all have a chat about forgiving Jesse and continuing to cook for Lydia's connection in Europe. Walt goes to the trunk and returns with a six pack and a large cheese pizza in a take out box. He lays the beer and the box on the hood of the Cadillac and opens it up, offering the pizza to Lydia and Jesse. But only once slice of pizza has not been laced with the entire vial of risen he's been saving, and Walt takes that one good slice while he watches Jesse and Lydia eat the poison. With so much risen in the pizza they succumb to the poison within minutes. Walt watches them both fall to the ground as the process of their dying quickly begins. He then gets into Lydia's car and drives back to the gangs hideout, loads the money in the van that's still there,
and drives away.
The next scene shows Walt pulling into a roadside motel. He parks the van, gets out and walks to a room, opens the door and goes inside. Skyler, Walt Jr, Holly and Marie are all there. With an evil grin on his face he says, "We did it".
Then the scene quickly cuts to Hal, waking up suddenly in the middle of the night.
He sits up in bed, switches on the bedside lamp, turns to Lois and says, "You won't believe the crazy dream I just had!".
Then the scene quickly cuts to Bob, waking up suddenly in the middle of the night.
He sits up in bed, switches on the bedside lamp, turns to Emily and says, "You won't believe the crazy dream I just had!".
