I think mayhem was banned for a pic he posted FILLED with the worst cuss words available.
Hey, if the Steelers could survive without Terry Bradshaw, TalkBass can go on without this guy. I never cared for much of what he talked about.

True, and the first ammendment only works in the US -- being that it's privately owned, and populated by many more people than just American citizens

As much as I'm going to regret saying this one day, I do truely miss that asshat. Too many "serious" people on the forums now a days, getting hurt over pickup spacing and what not. Where's our favorite asian-loving, Warwick slinging, Man Law master Maki?

I voted no. If he could cut the dirty talk I'd change that to a yes. Like it or not, this is a PG-rated (at most) forum, and kids are supposed to be able to come on here. It's like Maki couldn't help himself and every 2nd or 3rd post included something sexual or obscene in regards to what is allowed on this board. The best was when an underaged female member mentioned that she was a bisexual and not just a lesbian, and Maki made a pretty clear remark that he was going to, well:
Whether he was trying to be funny or not, hat simply has no place here on TalkBass. The rest of his humor didn't extend much further than that. The horny teenage boys who are members here can handle themselves far better than that- there's no excuse for a grown man not to.
