Yeah, I feel your pain. The prices on Josh's website are good.

But when one adds exchange rate, international shipping and tax/customs...one thinks twice before hitting the button...

Blimey. I assumed the £ would be doing badly, post-Brexit. But even with Paypal's exchange rates, a Fliptop plus shipping to the UK still works out cheaper than any comparable B15-in-a-pedal. Especially any of the Sansamps!

(edit: of course there may still be import duty to pay, but it's a flip of the coin whether that gets collected or not)

I don't have a good recording setup, but I'll see what I can do. Solarian is a hard one to demo because it doesn't really sound that great by itself, but adds some amazing magic when combined with other pedals.

Got both, they're in the same ball-park tone-wise, but Solarian is a better fit with bass imo, extra-headroom abilities with higher voltages i guess.
