Can't comment on the SolidGold but I remember the Linden being more just B15 EQ, and the Fliptop EQ with cab color, if needed. Linden stayed clean unless I really boosted the input, Fliptop can be both clean and gritty as it has a master with gain. Linden = B15 EQ, Fliptop = B15 in a box. Each are not perfect for everyone though, but I do like Fliptop for tight space requirements, otherwise its P15 all dayAnyone have any thoughts on the Fliptop vs. Barber Linden EQ vs. SolidGoldFX Beta?
I know the Linden stays clean and the Beta gets dirty-- assuming the Fliptop does both?
Not sure I really need the cab sim aspect, as I have an IR loader, but maybe all the controls interact?

Thanks for reply. I had a Linden but sold it when I was downsizing my gear collection. I kept the Q Strip instead. Now possibly looking to add something else. I've not yet come across any demos or sound clips of the Fliptop, so it's hard to get a bead on it.
The P15 seems cool, but for that kind of money I would just get a PF-20T.
I've already commented on the Linden earlier. It's just an EQ. It's not meant to emulate anything else like the tube stage or speaker.
The P-15 and PF-20T are different animals. The P-15 is more like the original B-15s with the different preamp tube section. Similar, but different, tonally.
I have a review elsewhere of the Slampegg. Maybe that is more what you want.
Did I say the Linden was supposed to emulate a tube stage or a speaker?
My original post was just asking for thoughts on three different preamp pedals. Same with P15 vs. PF-20T; yeah, of course they’re different— I was simply stating a preference for one tube preamp over the other.
You could use a little work on your reading comprehension, tbh.
