I was just talking to somebody the other day about how I'm sad I got hooked on Broughtonium pretty much right after the last Charity Auction took place.
Always looked like some incredible pedals getting donated, and some amazing $$ raised for a great cause.
My bank account on the other hand is VERY happy about the timing. My better judgement can't be trusted during auctions, especially when it's for a charity...

I only use cast iron if I'm being fancy or am too lazy to fire up the pit, for everyday commoners tasks I prefer the Calphalon because basically you just rinse it off and it's clean.
I did however just slap a couple pork butts on the ol smoker
