Broughton Audio Super Thread

One thing that could help is some sort of badge on the profile that says "Multi-Factor Authenticated" where there's a badge for Supporting Membe
Had a similar thought, and I think an icon indicating MFA enablement would appropriate instead of this meaningless chat bubble:

And in related news, mistico is selling an SBM in the classifieds :D

I, too looked at that ad and immediately thought it to be too good to be true. I don't know where this is headed, but the status quo has become unacceptable. The villain(s) continue to defraud, honest ads with low pricing go under the microscope. This is messy.

Technically two, since the original Sentinel (a one-off) was built for the PCDH19 charity auction in 2016. Images below:

But for all intents and purposes, you are right: there was only the one multi-unit drop of the 125B version. I'm sure there will be more at some point. Josh just has a lot of ideas and too much demand to keep up with :)

the original Sentinel wasn’t a one off. One was made for the auction but I can think of at least 3-4 more that were made at the same time (including the one I have).

Has anyone here run a Calamity into a Radial product (a Twin City ABY in my case) and experienced the loading weirdness that occurs with fuzz and isolation transformers? It sounds like If I place a buffer in-between the Clam and the Radial, it should resolve the impedance mismatch, but uh, I partied pretty hard last night so will be experimenting with that tomorrow lol. I have a bunch of buffered pedals upstream of the Clam, but not one after it.

Went to bed at midnight last night. Didn’t have any Cannabis yesterday, sleep was eluding me. My ruminations ranged far and wide, but kept coming back to the Archetype preamp saved in my Reverb favorites. Reduced from $1300 to original retail of $850 ($859 to be exact). So around 1:40am I took action, made the purchase, and promptly fell asleep. For over a year it’s been the only Broughton device I have truly yearned for. Lately I’ve been cycling through my Sushibox pre’s, time to pull out the P15 to get me in the mood.

Congrats!

Best Broughton I've owned, by far. I recently traded my standard arch for the rack model. Both excellent units

I need a little help from anyone that has a subsonic and doesn't mind cracking it open. I just need one quick check - there is double sided tape on the pots - on your subsonic, does the double sided tape hold the board to the post, or is only one side peeled off?

I know, weird question, but my subsonic is acting funny. On the inside, the board isn't attached - the tape is only sticking to the pots, not to the board and the board is more or less .. free. That, and it looks like the pots themselves may be broken as they are no longer attached to the board ...

Anyone care to take a look?
