Browne Amplification T4...has anyone here tried one with bass?

Bought one. Currently trying it out but struggling to find a setting that works for me. Will report back in a few weeks.

The T4 is roughly based on the Ram's Head Muff... but the EQ has been flattened (read, more mids) and the treble has been softened. I've got one and it's a great pedal. However, I'm not wild about it on a bass. When most people think of fuzz on a bass, they're thinking a Green Russian Big Muff (listen to Hysteria from Muse)... very scooped, dark and growly. They're incredible on bass. The T4 will definitely let your bass cut through the mix... and it's a sound... but might not be the sound you're looking for. Very mid pushed.
