BS Covers

I ordered a cover for my Roland Cube from them (it was a model they already did covers for, not a custom or new one) and it took a long time (4 weeks). I had to e-mail them twice before they responded. That's just BS. :smug::spit:

I go elsewhere now (and get a cover in a week or so).

The holes line up worse the other way. I did find some info on the bbb and they have had complaints. The trouble is they have no phone number and their address listed on their site is someone's house. I Google it. Found out after the fact. I doubt the bbb will have any better luck contacting them, but I do plan on emailing them with my complaint and dissatisfaction.

Did they have the dimensions for these amps/cabs, or did you provide the dimensions on the customer order page?

I have one of their covers for my GK MB115. It has been out in the rain and snow and had kept the amp dry. It has picked up a stain on the front. That makes me glad I have it. Those of you who play out alot or tour might want something more substantial, but this works fine for me. It fits fine. The opening for the handle is in the right place. I don't remember how long it took to deliver it, though.

They had the cab listed as a standard cab they make a cover for. Both covers are exactly the same. The fit was perfect, just the handle holes were wrong. I have requested 2 new covers with proper hole placement. No word back yet.

I just ordered a cover from BS Covers for my Carvin BRX10.2NEO cab from the website late Friday nite 24th Feb 2012. I just tried to get on the website today 26TH Feb 2012 (two days later) and the website is for sale or has been given up. Sh*t,---- shoulda, coulda read these entries from other musicians.
I did get an email that was probably automated saying that they got my order and credit card payment total.
I'll let you good folks know what happens.

Wow, I hope they get this resolved. I really like their covers and planned on ordering more. Mine always fit perfectly and I loved how they stitched on the name of the amp/cab (I have a lot of amps/cabs in storage, it makes finding what I want a breeze). Side handle flaps were a nice touch as well. If you were okay with a waterproof canvas and didn't need the extra padding (which is useless IMHO), this was the company to order from.

I just wanted to add that I ordered a cover from them and 45 minutes later sent an email to cancel the order and there has been no response. BS Covers immediately charged my credit card and I called Visa to dispute the charge. The Visa rep called the BS phone# that they had listed and there was no response. I think Visa will handle it from here.
I am going to order the cover from Le Cover since I have head some good stuff.

I ordered one from them for a small 2X10 Markbass cab. It fits perfectly and the handle holes line up correctly. The delivery however took about 4 or 5 weeks. I sent a couple emails after three weeks without ever getting a response. Poor communication. Long lead time. Nice product. I will probably order another one for my Bergantino cab from them just so they match. I'm not in any hurry because my stupid cat has already scratched the hell out of it.

I ordered a cover from LeCover and it is amazing! It arrived real fast since they must have them pre-made for the TC Electronics BG250. They even put BG250 on the cover above their logo. I ordered the Basic Plus which is 1'4" padded for $45 + shipping.
As soon as I took it out of the box I was impressed with everything about it. Just wanted to give them a thumbs up.

I ordered a cover from BS COVERS on July 28, 2013 and they said to wait for an email stating when it be shipped, usually about 2 - 3 weeks. Well it's now 7 weeks and no cover. I have sent about 10 emails to them and I have no response from them at all. I will never do any business with this place again. I hope someone shuts down their web-site cause it's an absolute fraud. They took my money and ran with it. Do not order from them, save your money. And those that got scammed, you should report them as I did. Good Luck:rollno::help::crying:

Update:
I ordered a cover from them in March 2010. Never received it, sent more than 20 e-mails since with no response.

(They are now called MDB Covers.)

I just submitted an online complaint with the BBB.

I'm a big fan of Tuki. I got a set of covers for my Sunn 200s head and cabinet. The fact that they fit perfectly is not an accident, they've got a great system for insuring accuracy provided you can use a tape measure.
Tuki Covers...I agree. Huge fan also. Good reputable reliable honest folks. Great workmanship. I ordered Tuki covers for my Fender 500Combo and a 2nd cover for the Fender 115 ext cab. Both fit beautifully...see pic. Not affiliated btw just a happy customer.
