BTB 1005 action

i can't seem to get the action on my bass low enough :S
has anyone had this problem, what do u suggest?
i want frets 12-24 lower...but i can't seem to be able to adjust neck or bridge further without buzz

i use heavy gauge strings btw, but detuned
(50-135)

Why are you detuning a 5 string? Regular tuning you should be able to get some pretty low ation going on. I played one at my local place that very very low action without buzzing. The only other thing I can think of is get even heavier gauge strings

i don't detune just bcs of the low notes (even though i use low A's) but because of the need of using alot of the open detuned notes, so it'll make things hard in standard tuning

This usually means it's time for a fret leveling. Contact a qualified luthier.
