BTB!

It was transparent black.. It looks gray now.. The purple-like tone in the second picture is due to the light trough the camera.. But it doesn't look that purple on the eyes.

What did you do? Did you just sand down the existing finish and put on a new topcoat? I'm getting a bit bored with my BTB6, so rather than sell it, I'll try that ;)
 
I love the BTB basses, but the ones I come in contact with are all pretty out of shape... Knobs missing (Minor) Huge Dings (Moderate) Cracks, not in finish but in wood (HUGE) Messed up Fretboards, Messes up fret's, Deadspots (Uber-Huge) and a $200 mark up for it used!!! (Ghetto Fantabulous)

But the one I fell in love with was my friends... IT was PERFECT!
